How to Join

People who join the Christian Legal Society fall into several different categories.

These categories consist of:

• Members of the legal profession, such as, lawyers, law professors, judges, paralegals, etc.
• Persons interested in religious freedom; persons interested in helping the poor with legal problems
• Persons concerned with conciliation and reconciliation
• Associates who are not of the legal profession but work at the edges of what CLS does

In order to become a CLS Member, you must be willing and able to sign the CLS Statement of Faith.

There are two ways that you can join CLS:

• Join by Postal Mail - Prospective members can download, complete, and print the CLS New Member Application (PDF-140KB) (requires Adobe® Acrobat® Reader - available for free download from www.adobe.com).  Please attach a check (or complete the credit card information) and mail it to the address at the bottom of the application.
• Join by FAX - Prospective members can download, complete, and print the CLS New Member Application (PDF-140KB) (requires Adobe® Acrobat® Reader - available free from www.adobe.com).  Please complete the credit card information and FAX it to the number at the bottom of the application.

Please understand that it takes 3 to 4 weeks to process your new member packet. Please be patient while we get this important information to you.
