(LSM) The Intersection of Christianity & the Law

Widener University Commonwealth Law School

This is an event from one of CLS’ student chapters. This event will be moderated by Anton Sorkin, CLS’ director of Law Student Ministries.

Widener University Commonwealth Law School, A180
3737 Vartan Way Harrisburg, PA 17110

Drawing from the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct, speakers will explore how moral and ethical considerations intersect with a lawyer’s duties to clients, to the legal system, and to personal conscience.

The discussion will consider questions such as:

  • How can faith inform a lawyer’s sense of justice and public service?
  • In what ways might moral or spiritual beliefs guide ethical decision-making?
  • Where are the boundaries between personal conviction and professional obligation?
