Telios Law PLLC helps ministries solve legal problems in ways that further their mission and build the Kingdom of God. Telios Law is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in relevant areas and a creative approach to problem–solving that includes a spiritual focus. Relevant experience would include employment law, nonprofit law, complex litigation, or constitutional law. Cross–cultural experience is a definite plus.
Telios Law works with religious organizations, primarily on investigations, business policies, Free Exercise, child safety, HR and employment law, and international questions. We advise on and supervise many child abuse and workplace misconduct investigations. Telios Law also works with businesses on employment issues and business litigation. Other practice areas include religious liberties and prolife work.
The associate will assist by handling matters that may include advising clients, performing factual and legal research, reviewing records, assisting with investigative interviews, and drafting documents, briefs, pleadings, and motions. Additional duties may include supervising the firm’s staff to coordinate document production or filing. This position requires substantial client contact in the form of meetings, phone calls, and emails.

Telios Law is a small but growing firm that works locally, nationally, and internationally. Our office is in Monument, Colorado in a beautiful chalet–style building on the ridge of the Palmer Divide. We are half an hour from Colorado Springs, an hour from Denver, and about two hours from the ski resorts and other mountain activities. Telios Law is actively involved with CLS, Thomas More Society (on prolife cases), ADF, the Child Safety and Protection Network, Missio Nexus, and OSAC.
