Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tax Attorney to join our client-focused practice. Required Qualifications
Active Georgia Bar License (required)
2+ years of experience in tax law
Experience defending clients in IRS audits or structuring tax-efficient transactions
Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and creative problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Architect sophisticated business transactions from inception to completion
Zealously represent clients in IRS audits and administrative proceedings
Conduct strategic legal research and draft persuasive memoranda
Draft complex transactional documents that maximize client benefits
Collaborate with senior attorneys on cutting-edge matters
Build lasting client relationships through innovative tax solutions
