Ground floor opportunity with startup serving low-income families / Lots of growth potential.
Plays lead role and oversees others in setting up and delivering workshops for individuals to prepare their
own estate documents using LegacyWise® (LW) tools. Maintains and improves quality of legal document
templates and all supporting materials deployed in the LW system. Coordinates work to assure that
appropriate modifications are made as the system is ported from state to state. Supplies all legal work for
affiliated real estate management company.
Assists LW’s founder in overseeing anticipated nationwide expansion of LW services. Works with outside
counsel to maintain IP protections for the LW system. Works with churches, schools, and other affiliated
organizations to initiate & maintain affiliation agreements and coordinate delivery of LW services pursuant
to those agreements. Develops plain language information and other materials for LW-related websites.
Handles all follow up legal work for NH resident individuals who seek related legal services for further
customizing documents, funding trusts and similar matters. Cultivates professional and spiritual development
of other staff members. Maintains a high level of professionalism and quality across all operations.
Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and qualified to apply for admission to the bar in all
New England states within the first year of employment. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will
have an entrepreneurial spirit & servant’s heart, be strong at public speaking, be interested in significant
personal and professional growth, and be open to a life-time call, as Our Heavenly Father may lead, to serve
low- and middle-income individuals with their estate document needs.

Regular work hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Additionally, frequent Saturday morning and
evening workshop delivery (with compensatory time off) will be required. Some travel required.
