Mylar Law is hiring an Associate Attorney for litigation in state and federal courts and 10th Circuit court of appeals.

• Primarily § 1983 constitutional cases and some family/business litigation.
• Primarily defend Sheriffs and Deputies when they are sued for civil rights claims but also represent Plaintiffs in ADF type cases involving religious and family constitutional issues.

Salary: $100k to $140k, plus benefits, depending upon experience.
Will consider recent law school graduate, but would prefer some litigation experience.
Must re-locate to Salt Lake City, Utah
