Our firm is hiring an associate who is passionate about removal defense for non-citizens. This position will require the attorney to submit motions, applications for relief, and other filings with immigration courts around the country (but mostly the southeast). Some experience with removal defense is preferred.
This position will have competitive pay (commensurate with experience), retirement with company match, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses. This is an in-person position, though there is some flexibility regarding remote work from time to time.
The ideal candidate is proactive, articulate, and highly organized. This position will require regular research as immigration laws and policies change frequently.
