Case Description
CLS joined an amicus brief, which was filed on July 5, urging the U.S. Supreme Court to review Young Israel v. HART, a case in which a Jewish group was forbidden from advertising a Hanukkah event on the sides of public buses solely because the content of the ad was religious.
