Case Description
The Committee on Education in the New Hampshire Senate held a hearing on HB 1305, which passed the New Hampshire House in March. This bill would protect religious student associations at New Hampshire’s public institutions of higher education. Seventeen states already have a similar law in place. The Center submitted written testimony to the committee in advance of the hearing.
