Job Title: Associate Attorney

Compensation Details: Salary based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance
Job Description: Provide legal support to senior attorney(s); prepare pleadings; prepare letters; draft policies; assist with all aspects of pre-trial process and trial preparation for civil litigation cases, including court appearances and discovery/depositions, as requested; assist with administrative support and legal advice to/for existing individual and entity clients, including non-profit organizations; maintain and enhance client relationships; perform accurate and thorough legal research and analysis; and perform a variety of other tasks to support our clients.
California Bar Admission: Required
Minimum Qualifications: Excellent work ethic; stellar people skills; consistent attitude of respect, thoughtfulness and patience toward clients, witnesses and co-workers of various backgrounds; organized; thorough; detailed; a high achiever; easy-going; team player; superior, clear writing skills, with good grammar; competent with basic Microsoft Office skills; willing to work independently in a close-knit, small office environment; and willing to learn and retain very interesting employment law details in our expanding practice.
Highly Preferred Qualifications: Litigation or labor law experience of 1-5 years or more; a strong interest in California Labor and Employment laws; and Bilingual (English/Spanish, preferred).
