Opening for a Part-Time or Full-Time Attorney Staff positions available in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Maine, Louisiana, Missouri, New York, Kansas, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Rhode Island, South Dakota, South Carolina, Rhode Island, North Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming (details listed below) at a religious nonprofit legal ministry known as the Pacific Justice Institute. The practice focuses on religious liberties, sanctity of life, religious nonprofit law, and school law focusing on parent and student rights.
An applicant must be currently admitted to the State Bar Association in the State in which they reside (and is listed above), licensed to practice law in his/her respective State.
In addition to full time positions, this job can be a good fit for a newly admitted Attorney, a stay-at-home parent who would like to work primarily from home and an Attorney practicing 1-3 years. It may also work for a semi-retired attorney who is interested in this area of practice.
